OUTREACH 2 EDUCATE ZIMBABWE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (ZIFF) 2015
The British Council and ZIFF will partner during this year's edition of the festival in the Outreach to Educate program which will see two documentaries being shown in 4 high density suburbs who are underserved by cinema access. Screenings will be done in Mufakose, Mbare, Mabvuku and Warren Park and will focus on areas of:
Creativity: Exposing communities to new art forms with which to experiment and develop new ways of thinking.
Access: Providing access to young Zimbabweans and their Youth Projects, regardless of background.
Collaboration: Bringing together Zimbabweans from a wide spectrum of social and economic backgrounds to work together and create shared outcomes.
Identity: Exploring and celebrating identity and the cultural diversity; promoting tolerance and understanding in these challenging and changing times.
