The Digital Campaigns Assistant will help design and execute digital marketing campaigns that will connect the target audience of young Africans (18-35) to British Council offers that can help them in their education and career aspirations. The Digital Campaigns Assistant will work across all department’s in the country office and the wider Southern Africa team to support digital marketing and communications campaigns which may arise. Principal areas of work include: creating webpages, Facebook ads, email marketing, curating and coordinating online content, writing content for different audiences and optimizing online customer journeys.

The Assistant will focus and be evaluated on seven key deliverables, namely;  

1.Creating and implementing digital public relations campaigns

2.Developing online offers from country projects

3.Analysing Solas website 

4.Improving online user journeys

5.Encouraging use of video and photography to tell stories

6.Developing personal digital skills 

7.Integration across programme areas and cross-marketing.

The role is open to anyone who has rights to work in Zimbabwe
